Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all clothing tags and hygiene seals remain intact to avoid processing delays.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email confirmation and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
